Spoke with David Hayden yesterday (ex Magellan and Clearpath). His new project is Jeteye, a shared search engine that incorporates social and collaborative aspects. Feels a bit Amazonish. A bit A9. A bit metasearch. A bit viral. A bit community. "The kids" love it, apparently.
Give it a whirl. Still in beta, and changing by the day, so I'm sure they'd like to hear your views. I do like the fact they're injecting more human review into the search process, so will be very interested to see how it goes.
