Do You Love Or Hate Google?
Binary, and sure to generate link love, Danny Sullivan has an excellent couple of lists answering both sides of the question: Love / Hate
I think the best thing Google could do now is to release software that truly astounds. Half-hearted releases have generated press, and kept the name on everyone's lips, but now everybody is releasing half-hearted stuff (see Web 2.0). There's a flood of apps, and only so much time for users to invest in "experiments".
Get back to basics: solve a problem that needs solving.
PS: Me - I have more to like about Google than not, and want to thank them for sorting out a problem I recently asked them about. They often DO look after the little guy, which is to be commended.
