The answer is, of course, yes.
The mistake geeks often make is that they think technology is everything. If that were true, we'd be watching Beta, using Digital computers, and no one would own an iPod. As Seth Godin so eloquently states in this video, "technology gives you an opportunity to do marketing". Google had the tech, but more importantly, they made their users care a lot about Google.
Barry understands that he probably has enough technology in order to provide relevancy. What he certainly doesn't have is market position.
