Interview with Danny Sullivan who is, amongst other things, "a proud Californian!" :)

(mode switch) Well, that's it for this year. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who frequent this site - thanks for your kind comments, your willingness to put up with my "innovative" grammar, and above all, your frequent offers to give me a share in your Nigerian bank accounts.

All the best to you and yours for the holidays. I'll be back sometime in the new year, once I find the PC under the inevitable stack of champagne bottles.

Cheers!

Well, Google's rumoured shopping service is no longer just a rumour. Called Froogle, the shopping search incorporates price comparisons and "feeds" from accepted merchants. Obviously, this is a major development, so naturally the boards are buzzing. See webmasterworld, cre8asite. Article from cnet.

Iinitially, Froogle only supports U.S. online stores . We *really* wish Google would reconsider their stance for the benefit of us folk outside the US.
