The SEMPO issue is now officially boring

On again, off again: Wall Street wants it to fail. Then there is the problem of Ferraris clogging the parking lot (no such problem here at SearchEngineBlog, I can tell you) , then there's the "not registering shares" issue. The search engine world is never dull.

Then again: The SEMPO issue is now officially boring. I can't even be bothered linking to it.

WMW: Is seldom boring. That Mr Tabke is a newshound. Internet gambling faces the axe , Yahoo to get in the local search game (isn't everyone) and Yahoo are getting further into wireless.

We have ignition: I saw Fahrenheit 9/11 the other night. 11 out of ten! Keep on rockin' in the FREE world.

Finally...: It's Friday. Fark it up.

RustyBrick (Barry) gets my vote for most dilligent search reporter

More from SES: RustyBrick (Barry) gets my vote for most dilligent search reporter. Here's a few more of his session reports: Auditing Paid Listings & Click-fraud Issues, Opening Keynote by Danny Sullivan. Danny Sullivan is after some questions for the search execs. Contribute here.

SEMPO not spreading the love: SEMs provide feedback on the SEMPO/Overture/Verizon presentation.

Might the time be right for a wider, more representative organisation? Come into the light, good people, and have your say.

Review of the SEMPO meeting

SES: There's a number of resources posting regular updates of conference sessions. I'll amalgamate them here as I come across them. Inside the searchers mind, Dealing With Contextual & Other Non- Search Ads. Readers feel free to send me conference report links if you've got 'em.

Added - Review of the SEMPO meeting. Well done Barry (the guy is on the ball!), although from outside closed doors, I don't feel much wiser. Yet. Will look forward to reading more feedback and reports.

Frenzy: Bulls and bears will be heading to the Google IPO signup , now online.

Whitehat/blackhat/bluehat/nohat

Can you tell me the way to San Jose? : Given the tension surrounding the SEMPO issue, I decided to take a wry, tounge-in-cheek look at the issues facing the proletariat SEM.

Ideas about forming organizations: Bill Slawski knows a thing or two about trade organisations. Insightful.

Honest, guv? :
Whitehat/blackhat/bluehat/nohat, the honest SEO looks at the myths and half-truths about SEM.
